Weifang Qichang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2016, is a professional manufacturer specializing in producing trailer axle, brake drums, hubs, brake assembly, spring suspension, coupling and other trailer parts.

FACTORY

We have our own factory which covers an area of more than 3000 square meters with about 15 workers.

There are advanced equipment like CNC lathes, laser cutting machines, Robot welding machines. All the finished products stored here. In a sense, it is also our customers’warehouse.

Quality control system determines the products quality largely. There has a strict quality control system in our company. There are strict inspection processes for raw materials, stamping process, welding process, lathing and assembly process.

In order to control the products quality at the beginning, we conduct strict inspections on each batch of raw materials, and require manufacturers to provide raw material test reports
